Refer to Win Competition – Terms and Conditions

 

1. Promoter

 

The promoter is EMC Clinic – www.EMCClinic.com.au.

 

 

2. Promotion Period

 

The competition commences at 4:20 PM AEST on 06/06/2025 and concludes at 4:20 PM AEST on 01/09/2025, or earlier at the discretion of the judges.
Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

 

 

3. Eligibility

 

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.

 

 

4. How to Enter

 

To enter, an existing customer ("Referrer") must refer a new customer ("Referee") to EMC Clinic during the Promotion Period.

 

The Referee must:

 

  • Be a new customer who has not previously engaged with EMC Clinic.

  • Be referred using the referral tracking system, including the Refer Friends loyalty program at: www.emcclinic.com.au/refer-friends.

 

Additionally, the Referrer must post a positive and/or amusing comment about EMC Clinic’s service on Instagram or Facebook. Comments musts not talk about clinical or pharmaceutical aspects - simply the service received.

 

The winner will be selected at the judges’ sole discretion based on the quality of referrals and comments.

 

 

5. Prize Details

 

The prize is the winner’s choice of either:

 

  • $1,000 worth of loyalty points for use at EMC Clinic, or

  • A new dual SIM Nokia phone or equivalent.

 

The total prize pool is valued at $1,000.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

 

The winner will be selected by a panel of judges at the Promoter’s discretion.

 

The winner will be notified by email or phone within 5 business days of the decision.

 

The winner’s name will be published on the EMC Clinic Instagram account on 07/09/2025, subject to their approval.

 

 

7. Unclaimed Prize

 

If the prize remains unclaimed 14 days after notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select a second-chance winner on 20/09/2025 (AEST).

 

 

8. Privacy

 

By entering the competition, participants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purpose of conducting this competition, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

 

 

9. General Conditions

 

  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in unlawful or improper conduct.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without notice.
